We are raising funds to purchase/train Service Dogs for those in need of comfort.
The Dodge City OES group is raffling a beautiful quilt located at Birds of a Feather Quilt Shop in Dodge City. (509 N 2nd Ave, Suite 9 – the old Eckles mall) All funds raised will be donated to the Service Dog project.
Raffle tickets are $5.00

2019 marks the 59th year for the Dodge City Days Festival!
The Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce, along with a committee of community members, coordinates the 10-day festival each year. Its original intent was to celebrate Dodge City's great western heritage, and it still accomplishes that goal 59 years later/ The Chamber and the Dodge City Day committee strive to make the festival bigger and better every year.

The Dodge City Daily Globe once again presents the long-awaited and anticipated Medallion Hunt. The hunt begins when the first clue appears on dodgeglobe.com on July 23rd, then daily in the Dodge City Daily Globe. Come participate in a 5K and 1-mile run/walk before the Dodge City Days Western Parade. The entry fee, if received by July 22nd, is $20.00 (entry fee covers both races). After July 22nd, the entry fee will be $25.00. Produce & Homemade Goods Early Saturday mornings during the growing season, downtown Dodge City comes alive with fresh produce and homemade products. It's a great way to get fresh, healthy, seasonal produce, grown locally. It's place to meet neighbors and chat while getting needed groceries and enjoying an outdoor walk in historic downtown Dodge City! The parking lot facing Wyatt Earp Boulevard between Third and First Avenue fills up with area producers offering their products for sale. Some homemade baked items and arts and crafts are also available at times.

While the Museum is open 362 days a year, throughout the summer months, historical interpreters provide you with endless entertainment. You can enjoy one of the best country-style meals in the American West. Interactive displays throughout the museum provide year-round entertainment and a unique learning experience.

Hop on the Dodge City Trolley for a trip back to the 1870’s. Visit the original locations of the Longbranch Saloon, Gospel Hill, the “deadline”, Front Street and so much more. Tour Fort Dodge, follow the path of the Santa Fe Trail and learn a few colorful stories along the way. This is a great way to get your bearings with an overview of Dodge City. Then you can plot the rest of your visit by adding those locations pointed out on the tour.
Daily 1-hour narrated tours are offered Memorial weekend through Labor Day. The enclosed, air-conditioned trolley departs from the Visitor Information Center.
