  1. Boot Hill Museum Traveling Exhibit - "Chisholm Trail: Driving the American West"

    This original exhibit invites visitors of all ages to explore the Chisholm Trail from its inception in the 1860s to today. Exhibit highlights include an interactive musical exploration of the scores of verses to the cowboy song, “The Old Chisholm Trail,” video and audio clips of movies and songs that reference the Chisholm Trail, and several artistically rendered, life-size longhorn cattle.

  2. Kansas Active Shooter Mitigation Program

    October 3, 2018, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM @ Boot Hill Casino & Resort Conference Center

    RSVP to the Dodge City Area Chamber of Commerce by Friday, Sept. 28th at (620) 227-3119. This training will address active shooter awareness in the workplace, and encourage crisis planning. It will help the audience explore various options in their planning and response to this tragic phenomenon. This is a free training and is open to all businesses in Dodge City & Ford County. The Dodge City Police Department and Ford County Sheriffs Office will be on hand to answer questions about local building assessment opportunities.
