    The Harvey House chain of restaurants got its start in Topeka, Kansas, when Fred Harvey opened a café geared toward those traveling on the Atchison, Topeka, & Santa Fe Railway.     Dodge City RoundUp PRCA Rodeo – a ProRodeo Tour Rodeo/ Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame Rodeo is one of the highlights of the festival. Five nights of nonstop action makes the rodeo the place to be! PRCA Clown Barrelman, “Backflip” Johnny Dudley, and specialty act Thomàs Garcilazo, award-winning charro roper, will entertain you each night throughout the rodeo.
