    Event Info KANSAS will be bringing their highly successful Leftoverture tour to the United Wireless Arena Friday, Oct. 20! For the first time in its 43-year history, the band is performing the hit album in its entirety. The tour showcases two hours of classic KANSAS music including hit songs, deep cuts, and new songs from their new album, The Prelude Implicit. “The band has been pretty overwhelmed by the popularity of both this tour and the new album,” commented KANSAS drummer, and original member Phil Ehart. “Never having performed an album in its entirety, we didn't know what to expect. We would like to invite all Dodge City & Ford County area and downtown merchants and organizations to participate by coming up with their own scarecrow and having it on display during the event.   15. Trick-or-Treat Downtown

    Main Street Dodge City Presents: Trick-or-Treat Downtown! Date: Saturday, October 28 Time: Trick-or-Treat - 10:30 am to 12:00 pm $1 Hamburger Feed - Starting at 11:30 am (Available to first 500 people) Children are encouraged to check-in the morning of the event at Eisenhower Park, located at First and Gunsmoke, to pick up their Trick-or-Treat location card and map. Children who fill out there card & turn it in at the Museum by 12:20 PM will be entererd in to a drawing to win a bicycle. The bicycle drawing will be held at 12:30 pm at Boot Hill Museum. Must be present to win. Once finished with trick-or-treating, all children and their families are invited to Boot Hill Museum for games, activities and a $1 hamburger feed. Also, during the event, children will get the chance to vote for their favorite scarecrow display created by the individual downtown and area businesses.
